"This is a beautiful Tuscany experience. Very small property perched on a hill, very well appointed and large rooms, gorgeous views, beautiful surrounding vineyards for endless walking, spectacular pool, ultra-foodie restaurant. One warning, do not recommend this if anyone in the party gets carsick. It is far off the beaten track, with lots of curvy roads, and a considerable amount of gravel roads."

"Our stay at Borgo Sant’Ambrogio was heaven! We were welcomed so warmly and made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The Borgo is absolutely beautiful, super comfortable, and located in the middle of Tuscany with gorgeous views. We were very close to both Pienza and Montepulciano! The on-site restaurant was delicious and creative for dinner, and breakfast was also wonderful! The whole stay was magical! A very special place, not to miss while traveling in the area! "

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"

"She's a beaut! This property definitely captures the iconic Tuscany essence in the fullest. Would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner at the 'in house restaurant' while visiting. "This is a beautifully furnished and restored house. The quality of the furnishings and kitchens and bath are excellent. The pool is beautiful and we loved the covered loggia area so you could lounge poolside but still have cover from the sun. Easy to get to several interesting towns including Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano. The house manager was very helpful and pre-shopped for groceries and is available to line up lots of activities. Definitely recommend a stay with family or friends."
