"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell.
