Restored farmhouse set in large woodland garden with large child friendly heated swimming pool with magnificent views from patio and terrace. The large pool is open May-September (heated June -September ). There is a fence around the swimming pool and a shallow end. Please note, children will still need supervision in the pool area. The house has a large kitchen/dining area and two sitting rooms with a first floor terrace with views of garden and hills. There are 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite). The property has much Le Marche character with wood burning fireplaces, oak beams and terracotta tiled floors. There is a large garden with ample shade and area to play. A gated entrance drive with ample car parking.

An ideal family vacation house
We had a lovely two week stay at this beautiful country house. The views are spectacular from every corner of the property; the outside spaces, especially the long covered porch, are incredibly relaxing, and we all spent long hours sitting at the outside table talking and watching the children play. The pool is absolutely perfect for little ones; just as advertised, it's kid friendly, with broad steps leading to a shallow end where our 4 year old grandtwins could stand . They started the vacation in their "swimmies" and by the time our stay was over, one of the twins was swimming underwater without swimmies and the other was jumping into our arms off the side of the pool into the shallow end. We do a lot of cooking, and found the kitchen adequately equipped. The bedrooms were all accommodating and spacious. Fabricia, the housekeeper couldn't be more helpful. Any time we texted her she responded within a very few minutes. We own an apartment in San Ginesio, and are so proud of Le Marche, our little paradise and Italy's best kept secret. For a truly authentic Italian experience, come to Le Marche and stay in this beautiful home.

Stunning location

Fabulous large villa set in stunning remote location
The villa was huge and very comfortable and homely for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The pool was large and clean, and although April was cold, the 3 children enjoyed it. Idyllic to get away and chill out. Barbara was a great host and was helpful with sorting queries and housekeepers etc. We would definitely visit again.

Wonderful holiday retreat
We enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool that are very spacious and very well maintained. The large kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for a large number of guests. Which is a good thing, since the house is a bit remote and you don't want to drive to a restaurant every night. Particularly in October, many restaurants are closed for the season, but there are enough stores around to purchase wonderful hand-made pasta, black truffles and great prosciutto !

Beautiful setting with great views, it was a little too chilly to use the pool but we managed it. The fenced garden is a bonus and the house large enough for family and friends to share without getting under each others feet.

Wonderful house in wonderful spot in wonderful area!
Comfortable, generous, lacks nothing. Countryhouse- like, tastefully and decorated with quality, the house sits at the end of a ridge facing the sibelline mountains.gourgious view to 3 sides. The great, large veranda with a solid roof, safes from rain or shine. Generous kitchen with large windows facing garden and landscape. The stairs are easy to manage, neither high in steps nor steep Pool exceptional in large well tended property. Definitly want to come back. Tina and Stefan

The situation of thehouse is perfectly – looking around for 360 degrees! We enjoyed this. On the other hand: we are disappointed and confused regarding the following points. 1) When we arrived at the agreed time 16.15 h. Fabricia was busy trying to replace tables and chairs from insiode to outside. We helped her to do this activity. She wasn’t ready. Afterwards we understood the problem as a consequence of storm before. 2) The house was NOT cleaned. It was filthy and we cleaned the house by ourselves. We are feeling unhappy in such dirty environment. 3) The power net faltered in contrast with the website information. We were confronted with the following points: the wasmachine, the dishwasher, the extractor hood, the toaster and the microwave did not work dayly before 18.00h in the evening. We were unable to wash and clean our littel children. We could not use the toaster, the microwave and the dishwasher to eat before 18.00h. We expected efficient devices for the price we payed. After iphone contact we blocked the heating of the swimming pool. These struggles did not agree with your information before.

Schönes Haus
Schön gelegenes Haus mit sehr viel Platz. Empfang und Betreuung durch Fabrizia war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas außerhalb und sehr schön ruhig. Zum Einkauf ist es etwas weiter, ein Auto ist ein muss. Der Ausblick vom Haus auf die Berge ist einfach toll. Es war alles im Haus für den Urlaub vorhanden, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie ist sehr empfehlenswert! Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Wallis für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaus in Traumumgebung
Das Anwesen, vom automatischen Tor zur Auffahrt, bis zum weitläufigen Haus und dem großen schönen Schwimmbad, macht wunderschöne Ferien möglich. Leider haben wir uns zu selten in diesem Heim aufgehalten, weil es so zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gibt. Wenn wir wieder einmal kommen, mieten wir es einfach für eine noch längere Zeit, damit wie alles ausgiebig genießen können.

Beautiful house with spectacular views on the mountains
Beautiful and comfortable house perfect for two families with kids. We absolutely loved the covered terrace where you have a spectacular view on the mountains. The big kitchen has everything you need. Also a big pro if you stay with small kids is that the swimming pool is surrounded by a fence you can close. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady, Fabrizia, who was very friendly and helpful. And when the electricity failed, this was fixed the same day. We definitely recommend the place for a nice relaxing holiday and are considering returning in the future!

Ferien, 2 Personen vom 14.05-11.06.22 Wunderbar gelegene Liegenschaft. Top ausgerüstet und viel Platz. Empfang und Betreuung durch Fabrizia war sehr nett, auch wenn die Verständigung nicht optimal war, beidseitig. Die Lage ruhig und etwas abseits, so richtig Privatsphäre. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist einzigartig. Zum Einkauf brauchts etwas Zeit, aber die hatten wir zur genüge. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert! Herzlichen Dank an Familie Wallis für das wunderbare Ambiente. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder einmal mit mehr Personen. Liebe Grüsse Urs und Bruno

Un’oasi di pace e di tranquillità
Abbiamo soggiornato presso “I Ciclamini”, casa situata nella meravigliosa campagna marchigiana alle porte di San Ginesio appena riconosciuto come “miglior villaggio italiano”. Eravamo tre coppie di amici ritrovatoci per festeggiare l’arrivo del nuovo anno. Ad attenderci al nostro arrivo la simpatica Fabrizia che ci ha mostrato la meravigliosa dimora, abbiamo trovato un ambiente superiore alle nostre aspettative, migliore della descrizione fotografica del sito. Nonostante il periodo, la casa era calda e pulita, la vista veramente eccezionale e l’unico rammarico è per la grande piscina che purtroppo non abbiamo goduto, non avendo accettato il consiglio di Fabrizia di mettercela a disposizione. L’esclusività della posizione regala una quiete assoluta, la sensazione di essere parte integrante della natura e per qualche giorno lontani dal caos, dall’inquinamento da qualsiasi rumore, rilevandosi anche ottimo luogo di partenza per visitare, nel raggio di pochi km, città e paesi ricchi di storia e cultura. Infine un ringraziamento a Peter e Barbara Wallis, i proprietari, per aver realizzato e messa a disposizione questa struttura che ci ha conquistato. Certamente è stata un’esperienza che ripeteremo.

Fulminante Lage + Stimmungsvolles Haus
Ein sehr schönes Haus, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche muss besonders hervorgehoben werden, sie ist für passionierte KöchInnen die wahre Freude. Der Garten, die Terassen und der Pool bieten eine hervorragende Grundlage für Entspannung der Sonderklasse. Das Schwimmen im sanften Morgenlicht oder im abendlichen Rot mit Blick in die nahen Berge ist einfach nur schön. Damit ein großes Danke an Barbara und Peter für's Schaffen und Gestalten dieses wunderbaren Refugiums.

Our favorite vacation home
We've found it, our perfect vacation home. We spent one week here with two families. Four adults and three kids. The house is located in a picturesque landscape in the hillside but easily accessible. The house and property are very pretty and neatly maintained and well equipped. There is ample room, four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with either shower or bathtub, two living rooms, and a large dining room/kitchen. But dining is best in the shade on the porch outside while enjoying the wonderful view. But best of all, especially for our families, was the giant private pool that left nothing to be desired. The shallow end was perfect for the five-year-old to stand in and learn to swim and the deep end was good for the older kids to practice swimming and diving. We're already thinking about coming back to repeat this dream holiday, perhaps for two weeks next time.

Peaceful escape
The house is very nice, photos are exactly representing the context. You can easily understand that the owners love their place by the way they have taken care of this house and how it is maintained. We were two families of 4 people and there was still plenty of space. The swimming pool is very comfortable. People looking for some relax and a quiet place should consider this villa. We were kindly supported by Fabrizia, who was very kind and available for every need.

Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane .La casa è spaziosa , molto confortevole e ben attrezzata con una splendida piscina riscaldata e affacciata sul panorama mozzafiato dei monti Sibillini. Un particolare ringraziamento a Fabrizia ,housekeeper,per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. We spent two wonderful weeks.The house is spacious,very comfortable and well equipped with a splendid pool facing the breathtaking view of the Sbillini mountains. Casa stupenda, pecca un po’ la pulizia
La casa si trova in una zona stupenda dei Sibillini, immersa nella natura e nella tranquillità. Spaziosa e accogliente è perfetta sia per famiglie numerose ma anche per un gruppo di amici. Ottima anche per rapporto qualità prezzo, l’unica pecca è la poca pulizia nelle camere e anche in cucina, le lenzuola avevano un odore poco gradevole e alcuni elettrodomestici come il microonde erano inutilizzabili. Per il resto la casa è veramente bella e speriamo di ritornarci preso!

La vacanza ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la natura incontaminata della campagna. Una vista spettacolare da ogni angolo della casa e del giardino. La casa stupenda, molto bene attrezzata ed accogliente. I proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda. Al arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto con una bella sorpresa: la crostata fatta in casa, il caffè e una bottiglia di vino. Ci siamo veramente rilassati e i bambini si sono divertiti da matti in piscina e in giardino. Veramente una vacanza da sogno!
