"Accoglienza ed ospitalità certamente di livello. Purtroppo a causa di un guasto la temperatura in camera non era ottimale, anzi faceva freddo. Nel bagno la presenza di un gradino ha creato qualche difficoltà, così il piatto doccia non era perfettamente aderente al pavimento facendo fuoriuscire l'acqua. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione."

"The B&B was a beautiful place & lovely people. This is a lovely little family B&B that have dogs chickens and horses all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. We didn’t use much of there facilities as we were up and out most of the day for a motorcross event then back out for dinner in the evenings so mainly just the bed shower and breakfast I personally am not a continental breakfast kind of person but there was a very large variety on that side and they did do scrambled...

"Il B&B si trova in località San Firmano, in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso, a pochi chilometri da Montelupone. La struttura è accogliente e confortevole, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi, adatta per un gruppo di amici che possono utilizzare la cucina per pranzi e cene. La signora Flavia estremamente cordiale ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo rendendosi sin da subito disponibile. A due passi dalla struttura potete visitare la bella chiesa di San Firmano di epoca romanica. Consigliatissimo! "

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....
