"Beautiful Villa property in Tuscany divided into apartments. This is a working winery. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host Ilaria was very pleasant and helpful. The views were spectacular. We had a gorgeous sunset from our window. It was peaceful and quiet. I could have stayed here a long time. Very convenient to drive to Empoli (15 min) and take the train to Florence. I would love to stay here again"

"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....

"This is the perfect property for a large, multi generational family. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Valerio. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the huge garden, the play park and the rural location. Dinner cooked for us by Valerio’s family was superb."

"This is the sweetest place we have ever stayed. We did not want to leave. Stefania is amazing. She got us reservations at the perfect restaurant up the hill. She is wonderful to work with. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is so important. The back yard is perfect for watching the sunset. The views are as advertised. Thank you, Stefania for making our time so memorable."

"An amazing place to stay if you want to experience Italy’s past. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant very good. I felt lucky to find this place to stay. One little thing to know before booking is that the access is a little bit of an adventure in itself. "

"Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. Breakfast was available for about 13 euro per person and to us it was well worth it. The restaurant where breakfast is served is upstairs so anyone...

"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"My partner and I enjoyed a ten day stay here with our sisters.The accomodation is beautiful, there is ample room and the 3 bedrooms suited us just fine. The views are absolutely stunning and the pool perfect after a days sightseeing. Erika, Giacomo and Pino are excellent hosts. We had a very warm welcome and the personal touches of cake, homemade limoncello, wine and olive oil on arrival were perfect, as were the home grown produce during our stay and the gift of olive oil on our departure. "We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. "
