"This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"While the location is perfect. There were not instructions about front gate entrance to the building ; which it did not work properly - because key has a trick to open . Otherwise , it will not open. We had to wait for a while with small kids outside. The elevator not always work , so I had to go down stairs 3 floors with 3 lugage. There was not soap or shampoo. "Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. "Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room....
