"I agree with the other reviews. This is a great apartment in a great location with everything you could want within walking distance. We had a minor issue with the check-in process but I still definitely recommend this apartment. Also, for anyone planning to stay in September, be aware of the Florence Jazz Festival. It was located right across the street in the Piazza del Carmine the weekend we were there!"

"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

"This apartment is beautiful, as well as comfortable and quiet—a true pleasure to come home to. It is located in our favorite part of Florence—Oltrarno. An easy walk to the major sites but happily tucked away from tourist crowds. This was our fourth trip to Florence and this apartment was our favorite by far. We loved exploring Florence from this location and were glad it was easy to walk to the train station when we went on day trips to Lucca and Bologna. There is an excellent grocery store...

"Do NOT stay here. It was horrible! The “bed” is terrible, if you can even call it a bed. The entire place stinks like sewage, and their suggestion for how to fix it is to run water and then cover the drain - but if you use the shower to run water, the bathroom floods and it’s all one room so everything gets wet.
