"This apartment is beautiful, as well as comfortable and quiet—a true pleasure to come home to. It is located in our favorite part of Florence—Oltrarno. An easy walk to the major sites but happily tucked away from tourist crowds. This was our fourth trip to Florence and this apartment was our favorite by far. "Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

"Location is great and the unit itself is very nice and spacious! Only downside is that the stairs are very narrow and inclined. Might be dangerous if you carry heavy bags or for old people."

"My family enjoyed our stay. Very nice apartment near all attractions. You would not want to use a car in Florence. Most everything that we wanted to see in Florence was less than 1/2 hour walk. Apartment was clean. Nice everything, bedrooms, living room, dinning room and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay."

"We loved Nicky & Lucas place — well laid out, great kitchen especially if you plan to cook, the garden space is lovely even in the winter too! We had 3 dogs with us as well and it was easy and close to everything; super quiet. "
