"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Riviera Sayulita. Gloria, Lucy, and Emma were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We appreciated that the hotel was far enough from the downtown area, and all of the noise, but yet very walkable. Would definitely consider staying there again."

Loved the Town. The hotel needs updating. The rooms were very moldy smelling. We changed our room so we looked at about five of them and they all had an odor. I am very allergic to mold and now have bronchitis. It is sad because it was nice place.

The hotel is rustic with no hot water. The outer doors don’t close properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. The local Mexican staff were lovely however the management of the hotel were not welcoming. I will not return to this hotel.
