Check in process was smooth. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of some love, but overall for the price I am very satisfied. It’s also close to lots of shopping and is walkable if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk

Close to the Wharf area but everything else about this place can be described as beat! From very sketchy tenants to beat up furniture, hair dryer with no inlet screen, no elevator, very tight parking... on and on.
