Exceptionally large, modern apartment centrally located half a block from Dolores Park w/ easy access to all of San Francisco.

Bedrooms:
- Master has luxurious bathroom with dual shower heads and jacuzzi tub.
- Second has office area, large screen a proper keyboard and mouse, laser printer, and scanner.
- Third is smaller with a twin bed

Each bedroom has balcony access, larger two have a Roku TV.

Chefs kitchen and living area w/ big screen 70" TV, high end speakers, PS3, and Roku Ultra.

Hello Everybody! Welcome to my listing for huge 3 bedrrom, 2 bathroom apartment in the best location in San Francisco's Mission District. You will love its size, and proximity to parks, shops, food, and transportation.

About the apartment:

The apartment is large. You will enjoy:
- A huge (25' x 24') and open living room/kitchen area
- Includes TV
- Balcony attached to bedrooms in the back with a grill.
- Lots of light throughout the unit including the bedroom.

The apartment is located on 18th street halfway between Dolores and Guerrero. This is a great location that is:
- Right next to Bi-Rite, a great local market
- Less than half block to Delfina, and Tartine the best bakery/pizzareia/italian in the city
- A couple of blocks from many other Valencia shops/restaurants/bars.
- Half a block from Dolores Park (maybe the best park in the city)
- The most sunny area of the city

Very good access to public transportation:
- On the 33 bus line
- J MUNI is 1.5 blocks away
- BART is 4.5 blocks
- Google bus stop is half a block

The unit is very modern, I believe it was completely renovated in 2009, with fresh paint and decorations just this year. It has a VERY large and open living/dining/kitchen area. I have furniture, but the space is very large Amenities include:

- 70" 4k television w/ theater sound system
- Granite counter tops
- Stainless steel appliances, awesome range
- Gas fireplace
- Washer and Dryer in the unit
- Balcony accessible from bedroom with grill
- Private bathroom (not en-suite)
- Weekly cleaning service

We took this place because it is close to my daughter’s home. The location was perfect. The apartment is large and comfortable. It was really much bigger than we needed. We hope to stay here again.

An excellent stay
My son and I loved the lived-in feeling of this place. We felt at home, us who have been bouncing between several different properties in San Francisco. This one really gave off a great vibe. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is fantastic! Great value for the fee - it's huge, centrally located in my favorite neighborhood in SF, spacious modern and clean. The check-in process was a minor inconvenience (it's necessary to pick up keys from a supermarket fairly far up the road) but it's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. This is a great spot.
