The photos do not match reality. Staff was nice but we didn’t event stay one night. The nice interior shot is true but the outside is such that our Uber driver said he would stay until we were safe inside and at the right spot. This places needs a major upgrade

I arrived at the Park Pointe hotel around 11:00 PM to find the front door locked and completely dark and empty lobby. A notice scotch-taped to the front door advised people to cal a 707-area code number for “more information.” When I called, I got a voicemail message.

The cable went out at the place for the whole last week I was there so I had to sit in my hotel room bored to death. Wouldn’t reccomend! And most of the time the front desk was vacant so no one could help you.
