Pacific Heights Victorian Garden Bed and Bath Suit

Chill out on a modern rocking chair gazing out onto a rare San Francisco backyard oasis. Look for butterflies, dragon flies, and humming birds while listening to the water fountain. Queen bed, full wall length work desk and Large private bathroom.
Second floor of the Grand Victorian you will find the garden bedroom & bathroom suite just past the library. This is a very quiet and serene space Comfortable Queen bed, custom built in desk. TV, Keurig, mini refrigerator, microwave. Large new sunny private bathroom with roomy mirrored closet doors. Very enjoyable space!

The suite is in a house in Pacific Heights, a low key neighborhood with designer shops, restaurants, and a vintage movie theater. The hustle and bustle of Fillmore Street is 7 blocks away. Plenty of metered and side street parking. Parking garage about 3 blocks.
Bus stop located at several corner blocks take you where you need to go- go on line SFMTA for bus routes

Garden Room is a Dream!
I was drawn to the listing because of the beautiful garden and it was even prettier in person! The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is huge and overall the space was just right for the two of us. The neighborhood is fantastic - we loved exploring and trying out the local restaurants. Springer was a wonderful host. I can see why she consistently gets very high ratings. We cannot wait to return and stay in the beautiful garden room again.

Lovely stay at Grand Lady Victorian
My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this adorable Inn. Springer has impeccable taste and has created a beautiful space with quiet areas, intimate corners and peaceful ambiance. We had the Garden patio room and it did not disappoint!! A slice of heaven in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable private suite with beautiful garden
Tucked behind a locked gate and lovely courtyard. Really enjoyed this suite. Very clean and comfortable. Was so nice having a big bathroom with dressing area, large wall closet and tall storage cabinet. Sitting in the garden was delightful! Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Will be back!

Very nice place in a very nice neighborhood.
Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay
The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.

Garden Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here. It is centrally located for us. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. The amazing part is the secret garden just off of our room. It was a beautiful backdrop to relax at the end of the day, or have coffee in the morning. We look forward to our next trip!

Comfortable Space in a Perfect Location
My wife and I are repeat renters at this pleasant apartment in a lively neighborhood of Pacific Heights. Many cafes, shops, and grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The Presidio is next door and a great place to start your day off with a brisk walk or end your day with a relaxing stroll to decompress after a busy day exploring SF. Keep this gem secret, or it will not be available on our next visit.

Springer was a friendly, professional, responsive, all-around excellent host, and the spot is every bit as charming as it looks online. The shower experience was especially luxurious, with good temperature and water pressure. My partner and I hope to stay here again if/when we return to San Francisco!

Best VRBO in Pacific Heights
Each of the 3 units are unique, but all are clean, comfortable and secure. We have stayed here 3 times because it is close to our family but it also is located on a interesting street with exquisite shops and fine restaurants. A couple of full service grocery markets are nearby. The host is always accessible if needed.

Wonderful experience.
So comfortable and beautiful. Perfect location. Great restaurants and shops and even a movie theater near by. Springer is a wonderful host and her taste is impeccable. A bit tough if you have a car to park, but otherwise couldn’t ask for better.

This place was quiet and beautiful, elegantly furnished, and clean. A great place to relax looking into the lush patio with hummingbirds. The library is exquisite. The location is very convenient, close to Presidio, Fillmore, and in a safe, clean neighborhood.

My Sister Loved This Charming Room
