Cozy 1br/1ba Suite near Ocean Beach

This guest suite has a full size bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, and is equiped with a single serve keurig and a microwave to make popcord for movie night or to heat some foot. There is not a full kitchen so this isn't ideal if you need to do cooking.

It is a great place to stay close to the ocean and with close access to light rail and easy access to the 280 freeway. Steps from the Zoo and Ocean beach makes for a very walkable peaceful neighborhood.

The house is located 2 blocks from the San Francisco Zoo and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. The Java Beach cafe nearby has amazing coffee drinks or you can grab a root beer float to take with you for a day at the beach. They also make great sandwiches. Another great sandwich shop nearby is George's Zoo. We're also close to the Irish Cultural Center. Perhaps you're looking for a place to stay for one of their many events.

We are near the Parkside neighborhood in San Francisco which is the nearby merchant corridor.

You will access the house using a door code. You'll have the whole 1 bedroom lower level space to yourself but will share the laundry facilities and may run into other people in the foyer. Please do NOT park in or block the driveway. The driveway is reserved for upstairs.

The ground floor level has a bedroom, bathroom, small dining area/work space, and a small living area along with a Keurig, microwave and toaster in case you don't want to venture upstairs for a cup of coffee or to make some popcorn for movie night.

The spacious back yard does not have furniture, but is very spacous if the kids want to get some exercise or kick a ball around.

The laundry is a full size LG Washer & Drier.

The L Muni light rail stop is a couple blocks away. This is your best public transit route to downtown and the rest of The City

There will likely be guests or the owners family members in the upstairs level of the building. They will share the laundry facilities with you.
