Brand new Artist inspired home only 10 minutes walking from the beach, main house for 4 people and a guest house for 2. You can find a dinner table for six next to the spacious kitchen, living room with TV and the studio with 2 individual beds and a desk. The guest house has it's own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and bed with a view. Fiber optic Wi-Fi covering all house, AC in every room of the house. We had an amazing stay at Hector’s place. The house was pristine, beautifully designed and decorate and very peaceful.

Beautiful house, cute town
We were in San Pancho for a little over two weeks. The house is beautiful and well designed for the (hot!) weather. Lots of space, nice kitchen, dishwasher & washer-dryer are a big plus, and the pool is awesome. Very private and quiet, and an easy, flat walk to the beach, restaurants, and the rest. We really enjoyed our stay.
