Stretching out across the San Francisco Bay coastline, the area offers a variety of outdoor activities for residents to enjoy, including parks and fitness centers. Don’t miss an evening stroll at San Mateo Park, a botanical garden that was planted under the supervision of famed landscape architect John McLaren. Notably, he is also the designer of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Offering luxurious facilities ideal for family activities is The Peninsula Golf and Country Club.
