"To start, there was construction going on the road leading up to the house. Jorge called and offered assistance to help our transportation get to the location and was available for any questions or assistance needed. He also checked in often to see how our stay was going. The house is emaculate and absolutely breathtaking. My whole family very much enjoyed staying here (ages ranging from 3-40). The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. There were plenty of spots for kids to play and sit and read and there were still plenty of room for the rest of the family to stay comfortable and catch up on good conversation. "The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. Certain areas of the home were also unclean. The owners of this home are not necessarily helpful. If you have children under 4 traveling with you here please do not risk coming to this location. "The place was very nice. It felt like home coming from the US. It was one story which worked out for my in laws which are elderly. Was plenty of room for at least 6 people. The pool was the best. Loved getting in during the hot days and had an umbrella to protect from the sun with a in pool table to play cards. All together, lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay."

After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."

"It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "
