"Great location next to the river, with fabulous views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and takeaways in a short distance. Leaning tower about a 15 minute walk. Room was large and bed comfy. No issues with checking in using codes "

"We stayed in Pisa in October for 1 night and thought the accommodation was ok but unfortunately a floating side table fell off the wall in the middle of the night and landed on my hand bag and my phone was smashed beyond repair. After a discussion with the owner who said she’d pay for damages has ignored all emails etc for any form of reimbursement so I am Financially out of pocket and Even worse all my data and photos were lost with the phone. "The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"
