"Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!"

"The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. "My wife and I found and booked this house for our family and friends to join us for a celebration, and not one part of our experience was disappointing. We showed up late Friday night after a longer day of travel than expected, and we had people at the house waiting for us. They were very gracious and kind and I was communicated with the entire way. "We had an amazing family holiday on the outskirts of Florence. We used buses and trains throughout our stay to explore Florence - recommend a visit to the Uffizi. We also had a day trip to pisa. There are so many piazza’s, churches, bars, restaurants, statues and stunning architecture in Florence. We also had a day trip to Pisa. The leaning tower was the highlight of that trip. The property was clean and well equipped. Bus connections were easy. Stefano was helpful. A wonderful holiday ! 😀"

"After an eight-day, April stay, we did not want to leave. Surrounded by fields of rolling green hills, this house was the perfect place to relax on the patio with glasses of wine and plates of pasta. Sonia and Rosario were excellent hosts and their shop (on the premises) was filled with their company’s pasta as well as sweet goodies like biscotti. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent and quick contact with property owner. She was very responsive when I had to make very rapid arrangements (less than 72 hours) after a different VRBO didn't work out. Upon our arrival, Roberto (the property manager - lovely gentleman - very prompt and responsive), helped us to understand the property and it's layout. "The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"We've been going to Italy for the last 15 years. This place was clean, conveniently located and perfect for a couple that need a quiet break. And the views of the surrounding hills were spectacular. We will be back, if we're lucky."

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "

Highly recommend Hotel Bernini

" Beautiful historical, walking distance to all monuments. Spacious, comfortable well-appointed room and bathroom, felt like our own mini suite! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lorenzo in the reception took care of our transfers and excursions around the city , as well as a rental car for an exhilarating day in beautiful Tuscany vineyards. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Hotel Bernini more than exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Firenze especially memorable. "
