To get here, you’ll drive through the gated community of El Dorado Ranch, past the community amenities and quiet streets of residential homes. You’ll pull right into your own driveway and immediately experience the privacy of this villa that has no adjacent neighbors. Once inside, you’ll find a sunny first-floor living room complete with crisp, cloud-white lounge furniture in front of a flat-screen TV. This room is surrounded by windows and gets plenty of natural light, making it a bright and airy place for the whole family to relax. High ceilings and travertine floors come together to create a sunfilled room that is as beautiful as it is functional.

Two bedrooms are tucked off of the first-floor living room. Both bedrooms have separate access to a shaded patio opening to an expansive view of the water and a short stroll to the shore. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and high-end linens, adjacent to their own bathroom with double sinks, shower and tub.

Upstairs is the second living room with large windows displaying a sweeping, unobstructed ocean view, and the outdoor wrap-around porch makes every day a beach day. Also on this floor is a half bath, gourmet kitchen, and master suite. There are many great restaurants to try in San Felipe, but on nights when you want to cook at home, this chef’s kitchen has all the space and appliances you need. Your family can cook and eat together here, and the kitchen will become a space where memories (and margaritas) are made. Early birds can brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the stove to make a homemade breakfast before a day on the beach. Swing by the local grocery store and keep all of your family’s favorite snacks and drinks organized in the cabinets and full-size refrigerator. Ample counter space makes it easy to prepare a beach picnic lunch, and the double sink and dishwasher are helpful when it's time to clean up. A granite center island provides additional counter space and doubles as a breakfast bar with high-top seating.

A formal dining room sits right off the kitchen and is complete with a glasstop dining table and seating for six. A single glass door leads from this dining room out to the wrap-around patio.

The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, giving guests plenty of space and privacy. This quiet retreat has a King size bed, soft linens, accent pillows, two nightstands with decorative bedside lamps, and private access to its own balcony with a view of the mountains and water. The master bathroom is well-lit and spacious and has a jacuzzi tub and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and rain shower features.
