"He viajado por todo México y esta fue, sin duda, la mejor y mi estadía favorita. El personal fue amable al momento del check-in y nos atendió a mí y a mi perro de servicio. La señora que me ayudó se disculpó por la dificultad para comunicarnos... no fue su culpa que mi español sea malo. El encargado del restaurante/bar me invitó a visitarlo y el bar hizo un excelente trabajo."

"Part of the road to the property is dirt with large rocks and potholes- would be challenging if it rained. The property itself is cute with nice landscaping and exterior. Nice to have parking right at the unit. The unit has a spiral staircase that can be challenging with luggage. WiFi went in and out, seems like we were only able to have 2 devices on it and we were sharing with the neighboring unit. No a/c or heat but they did have blankets for when it got cold at night. There are gaps in the balcony door and some of roof so cold and noises from dogs barking, people outside comes in. Nice to have a shared fridge and kitchen to use along with drinking water available. Hair dryer was available when I asked. Space feels new, still having upgrades such as towel bars put in. If the WiFi was improved and rooms sealed to keep out excess cold/noise I would stay here again. "

"The woman/owner checking me in was very nice. She carried my bag downstairs to the room. The room was big, had a stove and refrigerator. And , it had a huge window with a glass that had design on it to prevent seeing through. But, at night she left the light on outside that shines through making it difficult to sleep! The bed was comfortable. There were other rooms, I wonder why she didn’t give me a room that didn’t have a bright light shining into it. When I left at 7:30 in the morning, no one was around."

"Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin. "

"Modern,fairly straightforward hotel with no frills but still very comfortable and probably the best in this city (not much choice). Rooms plain but adequate. Good breakfast but restaurant otherwise closed. Quiet,clean. Staff friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time."
