"This was our first place we stayed at in Italy and it was the best of all our stays. The property was absolutely beautiful. Located away from the busy, populated areas. The room was very spacious and clean. Stefano was so inviting and helpful in answering questions about the area. He also made a suggestion for dinner nearby which was a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this property. "

"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines. Rita, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 nights we stayed she cooked us delicious & authentic homemade meals, complete with wine that is bottled on the property. "The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"
