"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. "Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"
