"Arriving at Bari we firstly had a message from Paola giving clear map directions via Google -allow at least 2 hours by car from the airport. The accommodation was on 2 levels which was a pleasant surprise as was the welcome pack of foodstuffs. Grateful too for the map of Lecce and Puglia given to us - none provided by the car hire company. Two nice restaurants in Lizzarello - Li Mori and Villa Pins. Good base for visiting much of Puglia and south managed Otranto and St M Leuca and north Ostuni...

"Pros: - Building looks nice - Feels secure - Plenty of parking - Fairly quiet, but closer road and other residential property than anticipated from description. Cons: - It has damp issues, in particular in the bedroom which is difficult to ventilate. The bed was damp to get into and when the building had been shut up all day, it smelled damp. - Kitchen was not well equipped - No wifi and mobile reception not great - The hot water tank was too small.
