This Tuscan Style Estate is 3,500 square feet of elegance and comfort. Incredible location and amenities.

Featuring a private pool and spa, generous bedrooms, soaring ceilings, elegant finishes, ample indoor and outdoor living areas and panoramic views of Downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, this home is an incredible value for the size and quality.

Perfect for families, multiple families, corporate groups, convention goers and those who want easy access to the best that San Diego has to offer. This home is just a 10 minute Uber ride to the San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Bay or San Diego International Airport and 5 minutes to Little Italy, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill. This home is also walking distance to Historic Old Town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and historic monuments.

If you prefer to enjoy San Diego from the comfort of this home, you won’t be disappointed.

From the west facing rooftop deck with outdoor living room furniture, enjoy a cocktail as you watch the planes fly into San Diego International Airport, enjoy the sunset over San Diego Bay, or watch the Sea World fireworks after dark. This house has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline, city lights, San Diego Bay and Pacific Ocean.

The backyard features an elegant pool and jacuzzi with chaise lounge chairs and ample seating for outdoor entertaining and eating.

Inside, you have five bedrooms that can sleep between 12-14 people, and 4 full baths.

Upstairs are two master suites, both with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and access to a large west facing private terrace with chaise lounge chairs.

Two other guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which will be updated in late June 2019 with two queen size bunk beds (that’s four beds, with upgraded mattresses and adult size beds, for the ability to sleep up to 8 in one room.)

We also provide a Crib in one master bedroom and have pack and plays for small children. Each bedroom features a large LCD TV with DVD player and individual air conditioning units.

All the bathrooms are tastefully decorated with stone showers and tub. Generous linens, pool towel, extra blankets and pillows are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, pots/pans/plates/glassware/etc.

Enjoy the indoor or covered outdoor dining rooms, the gas BBQ, entertainment system and brand-new comfortable living room furniture.

Loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us. The backyard and rooftop were amazing!! Lots of stairs so a little harder for the older people. Overall had a great experience. Ali is easy to contact and very responsive.

Spring Break with the Whole Family
Great setting for the whole family. The location was ideal ofr us, centrally located for what we had planned during our stay. My husband and I ran every morning on nearby Sunset Blvd, it was safe and comfortable. House and pool were great for the kids. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds. Rooftop is nice to watch the kids swim from, or the planes from the airport. Train can sometimes be loud at night but nothing that ruined our experience of our trip/stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and had more room and space than we expected! The rooftop area was our favorite part. We had all the amenities we needed and the location to all areas of SD was so convenient. The host was super quick to respond to concerns and questions too. We’d recommend this place to anyone!

Great house in Mission Hills
Stayed here with six adults and four children. Enough room for everyone and so close to everything! We enjoyed the pool area, outdoor dining area, and especially the rooftop terrace. Ali was a great host! Would definitely recommend!

Four of us attended a conference at the San Diego Convention Center. This was the perfect place for us to relax, enjoy meals, and even have other coworkers attending over for dinner. This is an outstanding property, and I will for sure try to reserve again when in the area!

This was a perfect home for our large family gathering. Each level offered privacy and comfort. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the roof top lounge was the cherry on top!! The location is perfect for wherever you want to go. Access was easy. I highly recommend this home for an easy San Diego experience

Very nice property and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a 6 night stay for a family of 6. This location could not have been better for all the things we wanted and ended up doing. 10-15 minutes tops everywhere we wanted to go. If I ever came back to San Diego with friends or family, I would hope to get this property again.

Great stay for friend weekend!
We had an awesome time staying at this house for a girls trip weekend. Lots of bedroom and bathroom space to spread out. Any issues were easy to communicate - super fast responses. The location is awesome - Ubers were super easy to get and cheap. The pool and top deck were great communal locations - make sure you make it up top for a sunset!

Beautiful property with spacious bedrooms
I was surprised by how spacious the bedrooms were. Everybody had a really good amount of personal space. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice also. We did have a noise complaint one night for being on the rooftop but I didn’t think we were being too loud. So I would be careful next time on noise.

The house is as depicted in pictures and described in the listing. We, group of 5, enjoyed our time despite the overcast and rainy days. Close to great restaurants, high end or reasonably priced, stores, downtown and the beach. Great house. We will book again.
