The studio also features a separate entrance from the driveway and a sliding door leading to the beautiful backyard!

Pool heating is available for $300 (82 degrees) and spa heating is complimentary. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to every reservation since we need to take extra steps to deep clean the property.

There is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability since we need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules.
