Due to the Border 2 fire our family had to evacuate, and Heather was absolutely amazing! From our last minute booking and her attentiveness to help our family get 2 rooms next to each other. The staff was all great and kind. We have officially said this is our new place for our family Staycations. The breakfast was delicious! Location is overall good, but it’s quite noisy in the room when there are ppl talking outside. Also, the cleaness of bed sheets it’s not good, I got bug bite on my bed and still not yet fully recovered after 3 days.

Went with children. The room was fantastic. The parking was tight, the most insane parking garage i have been in. Breakfast was good, small dining area. Check in was very smooth and check out was even easier.
