- If you love to cook, bake and entertain like we do, you'll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.

Parking Arrangements:
- There is one designated spot in the car port directly under their unit that fits most vehicles.
- The dimensions of the parking space are: 7'10" W x 22' L with 7'6" vertical clearance.
- Down the alley is a free public parking lot.

Additional Amenities:
- Please Note: this property does not have AC.
- Beach toys, paddle board, body boards, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.
- All bed linens provided. All bath and beach towels provided.
- Coin-operated washer and dryer for your use.
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, zip lock bags, tin foil, and cleaning products.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely location. It was just a block away from the bay side beach and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean! Our family loved our stay and the communication with staff was amazing! We would gladly stay here again!

Overall, a solid place to stay for our extended weekend vacation. Walking distance to anywhere in Mission Beach and easy access to other parts of town. Would have been 5 stars but the utensils and some of the common areas were not fully cleaned.

Fun Family Weekend

Wonderful location right on the beach and easy walk to Belmont Park, food and shopping. Very convenient for beach day with my little ones with all the stuff provided by the place and being able to walk right out to a beautiful spot on the beach. Loved it!

Perfect location we were able to walk to Belmont park and all attractions in area. House was great. Reviews on parking were accurate. Don’t rent anything too large. We had a Charger and it fit but anything bigger might have issues. Beach was great. There is a great little closet - stocked with beach items it was perfect.

The place was great, good location, host was nice to deal with. Nothing ot complain about. The only thing that was confusing is we got in later and there were 3 different door combination locks on the door. I wasn't clear which one. But the host took are call and helped us with it.

1 Street from Belmont Park and 1 house from the bay - great location. Be prepared for stairs - we saw from the pictures, but weren't really thinking about all of the times you'll go in and out of the property (stairs) and then up and down from the bedrooms (upstairs) to main floor (downstairs). Clean and nicely laid out - partial view of bay was nice. All that you need was in the kitchen; no need for any extras. Stayed over 4th of July weekend, so a bit rowdy younger neighbors, but was expected.

3rd time renter from Magical Mission Bay
Place was clean. A neighboring unit in same complex rented to a group of loud young people. This is not MMB's issue but the complex had loud neighbors on either side of us. One side played gansta rap periodically and the other neighbor had barking dogs. Our unit had a lockbox and two keypads on the door so when we first arrived we had a little confusion accessing the unit. MMB management was great, the unit was a good value for us and this is our third time renting from MMB. We'll come back!

Very comfortable
Everything you need is in this unit, from coffee filters to beach equipment. Its a pretty quiet place and the bay is so close with hardly any people, so very relaxing. The only issue some might have would be climbing lots of stairs & a small parking space. Our large 4Dr GMC Truck was a very tight fit & you have to back it in so consider driving a smaller car. Property Manager, Kimberly, was very responsive and also sent texts about fun happenings in the area like a fireworks show that we wouldn't have known about. The bedrooms are furnished well and both beds are comfortable. (We used both bedrooms because one of us snores). I will definitely book with Kimberly for our next visit to San Diego.
