-Dog friendly: 1 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Non-shedding breed only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-There is a full-time, live-in housekeeper occupying the 1st, non-guest accessible level of this home. Housekeeper does not need access to occupied home unless under very extreme circumstances. Guests are asked to please limit contact with housekeeper.
-The pictured driveway is not for guest use. There is ample parking directly in front of the home.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over north Ocean Beach. From south Ocean Beach, where this home is located, some airplane noise may be heard on occasion. This home is not directly under the usual flight path. Departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth the slight potential noise!
-Washer and Dryer is a 2-1 combo. Laundry does take a bit longer to complete.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

The place was great for me and my family. There was more than enough room for all of us. Everything was clean and the views of the ocean were magnificent. The only criticism is in the master bedroom, we couldn’t figure out how to draw the blind in order to use the shower.

Nice House, Great Location
We enjoyed this house very much. The view was great and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. There is no bathroom on the main level and there are only 6 chairs at the table, not great if you have more than that for dinner. Communication with the property manager was great. We were able to add on an another day to our stay. And they answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Location was great. House was beautiful. Insect infestation in kitchen. Worker came on property unannounced one night between 930-1130p. They were doing laundry. I call customer support. They refused to give their name. Fortunately, no incident. They ahead access to home while we were there, but could not see where they were.

Great Stay
Loved the place… very clean, upscale and tons of great amenities. The only problem was the lack of towels and other things that most rental homes would have. Also make sure you get yourself some bottled water if you stay here so you don’t have to drink the sink water. But overall wonderful place.

Beautiful views, close to many attractions
Pros: The Cornish Estate was beautiful with wonderful views from the front window and from each bedroom. Room setups were relaxing, especially the landing where it had open air views of the ocean; kitchen was full of amenities; you can walk to the cliffs within a few hundred feet but the beach is further down the road; felt safe in this area; quiet; hot tub was awesome! Cons: lots of stairs; no bathroom on the main floor; coffee pot leaked badly when pouring coffee; washing machine was not efficient (did very small loads) and there was no dryer; no shelves in the showers to put your soap, shampoo, etc.; beds were adequate; in the back bedroom, there were supposed to be 2 beds (1 twin, 1 double), but there was only 1 double bed. I was hoping to share this room with my grandson so we could each have a separate bed, but we ended up sleeping together in the double bed; some of the hot tub jets didn’t work.

Love this house
It has plenty of room for our group including a “designated” Lego area for the grandsons. Always clean with generous supply of essentials. Swim spa is so much fun for kids and the adults. Location can’t be beat for walking. Our only complaint EVERY time we stay ( this was our 3rd) is the combo washer and dryer that takes forever to do a small load!

Great home in Sunset Cliffs
We loved the house and would return; the following would make it that much better: - drain in the master bedroom bathroom was clogged causing shower water to pool and drain slowly. Also caused moldy tiles. - Fan light broken in master bathroom - Fan extremely loud in Guest hall bathroom - Television sound poor in living room and bedrooms - need sound bar or sound system. - Would be great to have lights on the jacuzzi deck. - Would be great to have a sound system or blue tooth speakers to connect music.

Hot Tub Delight
Overall we had an excellent stay at Cornish823. The only real glitch was the inadvertent emails that said we could be evicted for making too much noise. It did not make much sense because the complaints came when all of us were already in bed for the night. We do thank you for clearing that up the next morning. Our interaction with 710 was excellent but we do have a few comments on the house that could improve a families stay. First, more chairs should be provided in the dining area as there were only 6 and eight people can stay there and second, please advise the owner to change out the washer/dryer to one that can adequately meet the needs of a family. This was our fourth stay with you and look forward to staying with you in the future.

We rented this home for a couples getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. Clean. Bright. 2 blocks from the beach. We had a fantastic stay but most of why I’m sharing this review is to say how easy, friendly and responsive 710 Rentals is. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for a San Diego staycation
We rented this 4 bedroom house to celebrate my 60th birthday while having family and friends come by and stay a night or two. It was perfect. We live in San Diego and know it well. This ended up being a perfect house for entertaining. I had asked to preview it, and was told no….but it does look exactly like the pictures. Prop Mgmt returned ,my texts right away. Only issues were that it took forever to heat the water for the shower in the master bedroom. And, the neighbor from behind came down when we were in the jacuzzi, at 4pm on a Sunday, telling us to turn off the radio. But there are a ton of things I loved about this house. The master being the full 3rd floor. It was a really comfortable house. Some nights we just chilled and watched tv, some nights we watched the sunset. We used the BBQ, jacuzzi, and the parking is super easy in front of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and a wonderful center to the house. It’s a very open floor plan. No issue with the person living on property, in fact we never saw her. Great 2 block walk to ocean path. Great walking from there too. This was a really great rental. I will probably do it again next year. Thanks.. Ps…they even located one puzzle piece I lost and sent it to me the next day. 5 star rental

If you are searching for a terrific place, book this now! Our son received a rank promotion (Sargeant) in the US Marine Corps and we stayed for the weekend. A great location with minimal noise, clean and great views! We also did S'mores on the beach (Mission Beach) and went to LaJolla to go kayaking! Our host was incredible - very prompt in answering my questions and gave us terrific recommendations. We had a terrific time and will be returning!
