Sunny, South facing patio. Sit and enjoy the court side patio, grilling your dinner after a fun and relaxing day at the beach, lounge on the patio sectional couch! The patio is just yours to enjoy. NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.
PLEASE TREAT THIS HOUSE AND BELONGINGS AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOUSE. WE WANT IT TO BE NICE FOR YOU AND FUTURE GUESTS :).

Wow! What a perfect place to stay when visiting San Diego. Short walk to the beach and not to far from the gaslamp and old town. Lots of beach toys, chairs and bikes to roam around mission beach. 10 out of 10!

Perfect little spot for our family of 4. Bikes to use to get around was a major perk. Plenty of space and wish it was warmer to use the outdoor area, maybe next time.

Sunny Sandy Beach Heaven
Quaint quiet little neighborhood. Super close easy access to the beach (a very swimmable sandy beach). Close to surf rentals! This property has tons of really great beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, small coolers). We found navigating to/from the unit to be very easy, too. The listing says parking is tight...not a lie! Would not recommend anything bigger than a Highlander. We will definitely stay here again!

As advertised, steps to two beaches and short walk to Belmont park. Communication very easy with the host (Susie) . Everything you need for a week long stay to remove some stress travelling with a young family (kids 8 & 10). Great location and amazing place.
