BEWARE - CAUTION - BEWARE - CAUTION
In my 65 years of life, I have never written a negative review.
Our car was damaged in their lot. When asked for security video, they wrote “For the security footage, I'm sorry but it is really low resolution & we can only make out rough shapes & movement”.
My son is in SD, we had not planned to stay at the condo. We received a charge for 2 addl people. I gladly offered to pay addl $$$ for my son but the owner insisted paying extra $$ for 2 people. They wrote, “other cameras as it is quite clear from the time-stamped videos of 4 people arriving”.
Upon arrival, my A I son had a strong suspicion there were 2 hidden cameras in the condo. I now believe that was possibly correct. How could the owners state, “low resolution cameras for shapes” then change to “Quite clear videos” within hours.
In the courtyard, a repair person was on a high ladder with a vacuum cleaner causing a dangerous situation walking past.
At check in/out, there is no check list. They attempted another money grab, “In sink disposer was no longer functioning & had to be replaced. We test before & after guests visit. $$$+$$$”. I am surprised they did not try other “money grab” for missing fan globe & bulbs, broken blinds, faulty internet, faulty balcony boards, low water pressure, bad lighting, etc.
If you decide to stay, allow time to check in to scan the place from top to bottom. Take 100’s of pictures & document any issues. Test everything. It would be much easier just to stay elsewhere
