Pacific Beach (PB) is a vibrant coastal neighborhood in San Diego known for its laid-back atmosphere and beachside lifestyle. Popular with beachgoers, surfers, and young professionals, PB offers stunning views, a bustling boardwalk with shops, eateries, and bars, and a lively nightlife scene.
Enjoy soft sands, great surfing, and paddle boarding with plenty of rental shops and surf schools nearby. When the sun sets, PB transforms into a hotspot for dining and nightlife.

Getting Around:
Guests love the convenience of this location with quick freeway access. Situated in North PB, we’re just one street south of La Jolla.
The home offers a private driveway and free street parking. Explore the area easily by foot or bike, the best way to enjoy the neighborhood’s views and culture.
Law Street Beach: 12-15 min walk | 5-8 min bike ride
Trader Joe’s: 5-7 min walk
South Mission Beach/Volleyball Courts: 15 min bike ride
SeaWorld: 10 min drive
San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park: 12 min drive

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy:
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
- We’ve created a beautiful, welcoming space for friends and family to relax and enjoy time together. To respect our home and our neighborhood, only guests on the booked reservation are permitted on the property, and no additional visitors are allowed without prior approval. We kindly remind guests that our home is not a party house.
- Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and move conversations indoors after 9 PM to respect neighbors. If you plan to make excessive noise, this property may not be suitable for you.
- To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask that guests refrain from playing loud outdoor music or using portable speakers. We appreciate your understanding in helping us be respectful of our neighbors and community. If there is a noise-related violation issued by the City of San Diego due to noise concerns, guests may be responsible for any fines. By booking, you acknowledge our “good neighbor policy” and agree to cover any fines if this policy is not followed.
