Perfect Beach vacation getaway
This condo was perfect for our family vacation there is two master bedrooms with very comfortable beds each has their own bathroom and own patio with a great view of the beach. We loved being able to just walk out of the building and be right on the beach. Parking was great and easy to use with the remote opener and there were so many fun places to eat and Shop that we walked to most of them

The view from this condo was amazing, it was very nice being so close to the ocean and in walking distance to many restaurants. Garage parking was also a great perk!

Location is fantastic, easy access to area attractions. Could use some updating to couch (not like pictured), and carpet needs replacing. Great to have onsite garage parking. Hot tub was very nice.

We loved the views and location of the unit. The unit served our beach vacation purpose, but may be a bit dated for others' likes. Though, the microwave and fridge are brand new. Also, quick response time from the owner when I had a question. Had a great time!!

Location, Location, Location!
Ron's condo is located at the perfect spot in Pacific Beach. It really is spectacular to watch the sun set each night from the patio, in the living room, or either bedroom. You are steps from a great beach, on the boardwalk, and the parking garage is wonderful. Restaurants and bars are less than a block away. The beds are comfortable, sheets and towels seemed brand new, and the building was safe. Interactions with Ron were seamless, he provided everything we needed and was super responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful!
We have stayed in Ron's units the past two years and just booked next year's trip. If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Pacific; fabulous sunsets; easy walking to grocery stores, drug store and restaurants; miles of beaches; and perfect location, you have found your property. Ron is easy to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend.
