Prime Location: Conveniently located just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of San Diego. Property is 4 miles from Pacific Beach (10 minute drive). 10 miles from Gaslamp (18 minute drive).
This property offers 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.
There is a total of 6 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor tv, so sit back and relax your favorite tv shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.
You'll also find 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and one with a walk in shower. Relax in the living room with 2 sofa beds for extra sleeping space and Smart Tvs.
