Discover the perfect blend of coastal charm and urban convenience in this stunning San Diego retreat, featuring a sparkling pool, 7-person hot tub, a private outdoor patio table with a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor lounging. This tranquil oasis offers all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.

Prime Location: Conveniently located just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of San Diego. Property is 4 miles from Pacific Beach (10 minute drive). 10 miles from Gaslamp (18 minute drive).

This property offers 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.

There is a total of 6 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor tv, so sit back and relax your favorite tv shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.

You'll also find 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and one with a walk in shower. Relax in the living room with 2 sofa beds for extra sleeping space and Smart Tvs.

Board Games: Code names, battleship, scrabble, uno, and monopoly
Outdoor Games: Corn hole, connect four, and Giant Jenga

About the Private Chef:

18 yrs in Japanese cuisine. preparing seafood products for sale by removing shells, scales, and bones as well as wrapping, weighing and curing of all fish bacteria.

Knowledgeable in vegetarian and vegan sushi.
Specialize in nigiri, sashimi, Hand rolls and Cut rolls. And hot food Japanese items.

Sauces are all made by Chef.
21 years in the restaurant industry.

The Perfect House
We had an incredible stay at Darryl's place! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and an amazing yard that made it hard to leave. The home was stocked with all the essentials, making our stay super comfortable. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night! Darryl was an extremely responsive and thorough host, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Super fun birthday weekend
We stayed here with friends for my boyfriend’s birthday and this was the perfect house for a fun weekend of games and hanging by the pool. The house is in a nice neighborhood, not in the center of tourist attractions, but still only 15-20 minutes from most sights. We liked being close to Pacific Beach. The backyard is truly an oasis and the house is very modern and clean. Even with 12 people we did not feel cramped. I definitely recommend this place :)

An amazing weekend!!
The house has everything you could possibly want for a weekend stay, including a snow cone machine! We had the best time. The space is huge filled with games, a spacious kitchen, gorgeous pool, and hot tub for the colder nights. We will definitely be back! It's clear the owner put a lot of time into making this place perfect!

Family vaca
This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and pool while my children were entertained with the pool and cornhole game. Lots of stores and restaurants near by along with a short drive to many different beaches offered in the area.
