STEPS TO THE SAND & across from the famous Crystal Pier, enjoy ocean views from your very own beach retreat! Walk right across the street and pitch your blanket on the sandy beach, fish off Crystal Pier, surf, swim or boogie board to your heart's content! The best place ever to recharge your battery and gain some much deserved R&R! Enjoy the peek a boo ocean view from your balcony, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from the complexes beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.

Wonderful location and comfortable
We had an amazing time at this property. Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and bars and grocery store. Also gated and covered parking! Only small downfall would be it’s located right next to a night club which can be loud at night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Great place in a wonderful location
Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend and this place was comfortable, spacious, and allowed us to walk to food, shopping, entertainment, and the beach is literally a few steps away. Big thanks to Warren for exceptional communication! We hope to come back soon!

Pacific beach
The location and condo were great. It was in the middle of all the action so it can be loud with the music from the nearby bars but along with that comes lots of little shops, coffee shops, restaurants and of course steps to the ocean. The sunset views from the common area in the complex was also great!

Great Location
We had a great visit to San Diego and staying in See the Sea property. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do at the beach. A super close walk to a ton of restaurants, shops and of course the beach. We spent more time away from the condo than in it but it was exactly what we needed to come home to each afternoon/evening. Definitely would book this unit again and Warren was an excellent host!!

Definitely returning to this property!
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family. The noise from the nightclub was not an issue as it reduced significantly after 11pm. The area was vibrant and the beach was literally steps away. Having the ocean breeze instead of air conditioning was heavenly. We cannot wait to return!

Comfortable beach condo
We enjoyed a long weekend in this unit. The beds are super comfortable which is great after a day at the beach. The club across the street is loud but we closed the patio door and slept soundly. In the front bedroom you don’t hear anything. The unit was very clean with a beautiful kitchen. Definitely on my list to rent again.

Girls Trip
Great location! We didnt spend too much time in the condo as we were right next to the beach, pier, lots of restaurants, and little souvenir shops. Definitely an upbeat spot if you want to stay busy and be around people. Night life is busy and fun but dont expect things to quiet down until 2am. Check in and check out and communication was easy.

Cozy condo
Staying here was really nice. Yes the bar across the street is loud at night but with the doors closed and the fans on you can really hear it. There was also a sound machine provided in the bedroom that we used for our children. The house was comfortable and the location is so great for walking to the beach, for food. If you’re staying here in the summer it would probably get pretty warm in the room considering there is no AC, but the weather was perfect in September. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach getaway
We had a great stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds super comfortable. Although we didn’t use them, the availability of beach toys was great. The night club next door is loud, but we knew that going into it because of other reviews. It didn’t prevent us from sleeping. Our stay was very comfortable. You can walk to get anything you need.

Not the best
The property is in dire need of attention. Half the outlets do not work, stains on couch, over all run down and not very clean. Random code violations in kitchen. If the spa is a selling point, don't get your hopes up, it was so gross looking we didn't dare try to take a dip in it. The only thing going for it is the convenient location, walking distance to everything. Will not stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION
We had an absolute blast! Balcony was huge and wrapped from master bedroom to living room. Ocean view and delightful ocean breeze. People watching from the balcony was great! Got to watch the karaoke bar across the way. Lots of reviews said it was loud. I disagree, as did everyone in our party. Close the doors and windows, turn on the fans and you can’t hear a thing. Manager was super kind and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

After over 20 years, what could go wrong?? Absolutly Nothing. Thank you again for a wonderful five days with our whole family. The cleaning staff is fantastic!! Sorry about the screen door but that happens every year.

Plan your Pacific Beach vacation HERE!!!
The beach is our happy place and this condo and its location made our vacation completely enjoyable from check-in to check-out. We were pleased with the little things offered at this property: terrific instructions/guide to navigate the guests, fireplace heater (we had some chilly weather in February), white noise machine, and all of the kitchen items available to us. We loved brewing a fresh pot of coffee and strolling the beach early in the morning. When we are ready to return to PB, we will schedule our respite at this incredible condo. Thank you for accommodating us on our 32nd wedding anniversary celebration!! S & S and J & K

Double Booked
Upon arrival there was another family already in this unit. We booked this location specifically for the location. We wanted to be on the boardwalk so we were able to walk everywhere. Our teenage kids wanted to be independent and enjoy the boardwalk on their schedule. Instead we were rebooked into a hotel where we had to drive everywhere. This mess up completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun Thanksgiving getaway. Super bummed. (The unit looked nice from the doorway and the location is awesome. )

Great Location
Followed instructions for entry into underground parking and all went well. Spa was clean and enjoyable. Laundry room was very functional. We were almost on the beach and in a great area for walking around with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed breakfast right across the street. Only problems found were the main TV had no "source" and 4 adults couldn't get it to function. (Should be more instructions on how to operate TVs.) Chest drawers had sand in them and one in the back bedroom did not function. These were little problems for us as we don't watch a lot of TV (except the Master's was playing on our weekend). We would love to stay here again.
