Street parking only. Driveway and garage will be occupied by owners cars but there is very plentiful street parking. Not once have we not been able to park almost directly in front of the house. No street parking restrictions other than not to block the driveway.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

One of the countries first suburbs, Clairemont’s homes were placed on the mesas, and its canyons still boast natural vegetation and wildlife. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local parks and plentiful shopping scene, not to mention taste the incredible variety of international cuisine available in this community. The climate of San Diego means it’s perfect for those who love the outdoors. The canyons separating the mesa-top neighborhoods are full of trails for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several large parks.

*Master bathroom and kitchen sink take a couple minutes to warm up.
*Occasionally the breaker will need to be reset on the hot tub.
*Street parking only - very easy to find! Garage and driveway won't be available for guests.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. 

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.
-Always pick up after your dog.
-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

1. Use of Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair:
Owner grants you and other members of your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:
* Exercise Equipment: Hoist exercise bike located in the garage.
* Vibration Therapy Equipment : All vibration therapy equipment located in the garage.
* Massage Chair: All Massage chair located in the garage.

2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understand that the use of Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
* Defects or malfunctions in the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair.
* Improper or negligent use of the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair by Tenant or any other person.
* Physical injury or illness sustained while using the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair.

3. Maintenance and Repair:
You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the Exercise Equipment, Vibration Therapy Equipment and Massage Chair, including but not limited to:

Great home base for San Diego
We really liked this home, we had a great stay! The home is equipped with everything you need. Location is very quiet and spacious, and the backyard is very pretty and private. It is also centrally located for a lot in SD, and is close to the airport. We will be back for sure!

A perfect house for a family
If you are looking for a vacation home in San Diego for a family, this is the perfect place! The house offers more than you see from the listing. The most important thing for us is cleanliness. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean, the bed sheet, blankets, and pillows smell good! The memory foam bed in both rooms are very comfortable! We had 7 days of good sleep! The host is very thoughtful, and leave a shower mat in the bathroom. It was much appreciated for my 80 years old mom! There are enough supplies in the bathroom and kitchen. We didn't need to worry about running out of toilet paper, shampoos, table towels, trash bags... There are various entertainment activities in the house - big TVs in the living and two bedrooms with Apple TV connected. We spent more time in the garage, it is actually a min Gym! The yard is a tropical garden. We hoped we were here later when all the passion fruit was ripe. The location is great, it is 15 - 20 minute drive to all places you need - shopping at UTC and the most famous beach in SD, and UCSD medical center. The property management team is super responsive, even answered my questions during weekend and nights. This is the best support you can have!

It is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood and the really nice thing is a small neighborhood park which is good for dog and kids play. If the air bed can be a queen size, it will be better.

Wonderful house!
Great house with a peaceful backyard! It was nice to have space for our family to enjoy our vacation. It was in a really convenient location to Del Mar, La Jolla and Old Town. Great communication with property manager and check in procedures were easy.

This is a beautiful home locate in a very nice neighborhood with a park near by, shopping also near by very convenient. The home is very well kept, clean and spacious, lovely backyard 😎 the neighbors were very friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental can’t go wrong!!!!
