Comfortable, spacious, easy-living resort-like home with all the amenities but minus the crowds! Sun, Surf, Sunsets! Private backyard with huge private pool and jetted spa! Perfect for family fun and relaxation! Expansive decks! It's central location is just minutes in any direction to Beaches, Downtown, SD Bay and Coronado Bridge, Marinas, Cabrillo National Monument, Coronado Islands, Sea World, SD Zoo and Balboa Park, Legoland, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Wild Animal Park . . . and the list goes on. A grocery store is within walking distance or Liberty Station is just down the road and offers everything from groceries to restaurants (casual and upscale) to museums, galleries, and coffee shops.

Swim, surf, boogie board, take a walk on the longest pier on the west coast and hang with the locals in classic SoCal Ocean Beach just 5 minutes away or go a little further north and explore La Jolla's amazing secluded coves and white sand beaches--perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, boogie boarding, tide pooling, and soaking in the sun. ***The sunsets at the OB cliffs are breathtaking!!!

Take a sight-seeing drive out on "The Point" and visit Cabrillo National Monument where the 360 views allow forever vistas over the Pacific Ocean, Coronado Islands, and all of San Diego - and spot whales as they migrate off the coast. 2 blocks to the start of the drive.

Sea World is so close you can see the tower from the 2 decks. 7 minutes.

Sail/Kayak/Paddle Board out of Shelter Island or book a Deep-Sea Fishing trip at H&M Landing just down the hill. 4 minutes.

World Famous SD Zoo and Balboa Park are a must and be there in 15 minutes.

Come home to refresh and relax. Take a dip in the pool. Then slip into the jetted 8-person Jacuzzi as you watch the sail boats on the bay. Ease back and soak in the rays on the chaise loungers lining the pool. BBQ up a delicious meal on the bar-grill and eat alfresco on any of the fabulous decks on 3 levels while you take in those spectacular views! There's a grassy front and side lawn, too! As the sun starts to set the city skyline sparkles in the reflection. Kick back on the upper deck and enjoy a glass of wine or local brew. Central location with a great swimming pool!

Great home away from home vacation
There was ten of us (6 adults and 4 children). The space was perfect and the pool was awesome. We cooked a lot and the space was great for that. The spaces to just chill indoor and out was great!

Love this place and the owners are awesome
As victims of the IT outage resulting in our flight being cancelled and rescheduled days later, we unfortunately didn't get the chance to enjoy all of our reserved days at this outstanding property. We will definitely try to arrange staying here in the future if the owners would have us. In addition to the pool, jacuzzi, grill and ping pong table where the awesome views and daily fireworks from Se World. This is probably as close to heaven on earth as it gets!

Our family loved staying at this house. The pool and views from the multiple porches was fabulous. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, and the house is comfortable with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a perfect place for our family reunion!

Awesome Experience
Cia and Charlie's house in Point Loma was a perfect fit for our group of 10 family members, ages 4 months to 85 years. It was located about 5 minutes from our convention venue near shelter island as well as lots of great food options (and a Ralphs just down the street) in Point Loma. We had downstairs bedrooms for the older ones who had trouble with stairs, a kitchen that was better stocked than most of the rentals we've stayed in, an amazing pool and hot tub, and THOSE VIEWS! The upper story has a deck that is perfect for watching sunrise, sunset, or the nightly fireworks from Seaworld. It also has a table inset fire pit with outdoor heaters above the space to keep everyone warm once the sun goes down. We love, love, LOVED this place, and would definitely stay here again. Cia was great with instructions and comms before our stay, and Charlie met us at the house and gave us a very thorough overview of the property and all of its features. Overall, a place that is well located (5-10 minutes to Ocean Beach or SeaWorld or Shelter Island or the airport), provided by people who were awesome hosts, featuring a property that offered everything our group wanted, and more. I couldn't recommend this house, and Cia and Charley, more highly. Thank you for allowing us to experience this wonderful house!

Great property!
We had a great stay. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and it was a very comfortable stay for us. The location is fantastic and close to so many wonderful things. The pool and jacuzzi were also great for both the adults and the kids. Cia and Charlie were very hospitable and were great at responding to any questions and concerns we had. The home had everything we could possibly have needed.

Wonderful home for a large family!
We had a great time staying at your lovely home. We are a family of six and it accommodated us beautifully. The best parts were that all the kids had their own rooms and the pool/jacuzzi and outdoor eating area were fantastic! The owners had a crib and a pack and play, a safety gate and a high chair for my two babies.

The house fit our family's needs, and the pool was a huge hit. We watched Sea World's fireworks each night from the balcony. The plane overhead noise was unfortunate, but understand it's part of the convenient location.

Great home for families and large groups
House felt just like home. Lots of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were very nice even though the weather wasn't ideal, a little chilly. Loved that everything was close by. Zoo, SeaWorld and lots of restaurants. Great decks with lots of seating to overlook all of SD. Almost every amenity needed was available. Would highly recommend!

Great House/Great Owners
The house was very nice, large with plenty of room. I went with 10 guys for a bachelor party and made it a long weekend. Lots of things to do any direction with the house's location, and being close to the airport was a definite plus. Great views and outdoor space. Owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to San Diego.
