No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbor. The view from this condo is amazing. We appreciated the building having an elevator. The secure building and parking garage allowed us to come and go as we pleased. There were many great restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Gem of Pacific Beach

We had an excellent stay. I would definitely consider renting here again. Tons of shopping and restaurants near by as well as a fun location on the beach. Ron was easy to work with and the parking under the building was so convenient.

Perfect spot on Pacific Beach Boardwalk
If you love beautiful sunsets on your own balcony, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the surf, having two comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms, & a functional kitchen for meal prep, then this 4th floor condo is the perfect place for you. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals in between trying out the fun restaurants, bars, taco shops and coffee spots in the Pacific Beach area. And Ron makes check-in so easy. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The property was just the right size and had everything we needed in the kitchen. View was awesome, great location, parking a huge plus. Recommend highly, look forward to staying there again. Much, much better than a hotel! Perfect for 2-4 people.

Wonderful week
The whole experience went very well. Check in was easy, even for a Sunday. Great location, wonderful views! Kitchen had everything we needed. It's an older condo but very well kept. Great views from all three balconies. Easy to get to, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We hope to be back!

Another Wonderful Stay
This was our third stay in one of Ron's units. We love this unit, it's on the top floor and an end unit with incredible views up and down the coast. The building is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, and just about any type of restaurant you can think of. We love the sound of the waves morning and night, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Ron is a delight to work with, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous home base in Pacific Beach
We were fortunate enough to enjoy a 3 week stay at Ron's lovely condo on the 4th Floor. The views are incredible and the balconies (3!) are great for viewing sunsets each evening and enjoying the active vibe of the boardwalk. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals at the condo, but the neighborhood has many delightful coffee shops, breakfast spots, restaurants, and bars in easy walking distance. And you are just a block from the Pacific Beach Farmer's Market, which is held each Tuesday afternoon/early evening. The space is very comfortable for two couples. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Disappointing stay: outdated and smelly
From the VERY outdated furnishings (not like the pictures) to the lack of basic amenities and even an issue with double booking, this stay fell far below expectations. First and foremost, the condo's outdated state was immediately apparent. The couch was old and worn, providing minimal comfort and lacking any sense of freshness. Additionally, the mattress had multiple rips, which not only compromised its appearance but also made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. It's disheartening to pay for accommodations only to find yourself dealing with worn-out furniture and subpar sleeping conditions. The lack of cleanliness was another major letdown. Upon arrival, we discovered that the dishes were dirty, which forced us to spend valuable time cleaning before we could even think about using them. This disregard for cleanliness is unacceptable and tarnishes the overall experience of staying in a rental property. To add to our frustration, the TV in the bedrooms did not work, depriving us of the opportunity to unwind and enjoy some entertainment in our downtime. This lack of functionality only served to compound our disappointment. Moreover, the chairs in the condo were old and felt like they were on the brink of falling apart. It was an unsettling experience, constantly worrying about the stability of the chairs w

This is a beautiful place!
We were very comfortable here! The sidewalk got real loud at 1:00am when the party crowd left the near by bars but the amazing view made up for that!

Fantastic location, near everything in PB but high enough up that noise was never a problem. Spectacular views all the time. Host was wonderful and helpful. Not the fanciest kitchen but who cares! Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful vacation.
