The Space:
After a day exploring with the family, return to this recently built apartment featuring secured parking and an elevator. Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by the light and spacious atmosphere of this open-layout residence boasting 10-foot ceilings. Just inside, to the left, discover a convenient half bath, a separate laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer side by side, and an iron for your use. The open concept extends beyond the entryway, leading to the first of two bedrooms. This room offers a queen bed with a twin trundle beneath, a smart TV, and a full ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a smart Samsung refrigerator, awaits your culinary endeavors. Stream your favorite tunes while cooking a meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, an informal dining area features bar seating and a dining room table, with a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door leading to a small balcony equipped with a propane grill. The living room is furnished with a pullout couch for two, a smart TV for all your streaming needs, and a massage chair.
Ascend to the second floor to discover the Primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, smart TV, a desk and chair for work meetings, and a full walk-in shower ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is the gateway to the private balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

Guests will have access to the secured parking garage, elevator and their own private apartment.

University Heights is a neighborhood in Central San Diego, California centered on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. University Heights is bounded on the West and North by the edge of the mesa, the southern boundary is Lincoln Avenue, and the eastern boundary is Texas Street. The area is filled with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and artist studios primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Live entertainment can be found most nights. Adjacent to Hillcrest, Normal Heights and North Park, additional restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and night clubs are within easy reach.

Getting Around:
With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Great property in the neighborhood. Walk to coffee shops, ice cream, pie, dinner, lunch, etc. Also great location to get around San Diego. As a guy that grew up in very similar environments, its was perfect. The only thing missing is a workout room, but the neighborhood vibe makes up for it....
