This unit is on the top floor of sea the sea condo complex in pacific beach. The views are fantastic, north and south. No partial view between the ends of the building, which some homeowners say are panoramic. There is nothing between you and ocean other than ocean blvd and the beach. This unit has views over historic Crystal Pier, all the way to La Jolla.and south to coronado. See the Sea complex is located in an area surrounded by 100s of restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc.

I've stayed in this unit several times before. It's convenient to everything about the beach. There is close shopping and restaurants along with private parking. Ron is great to work with.

Loved listening to the ocean all night. My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted. Had parking, was safe, and clean. We will be back here in the future.

Great Pacific Beach Condo
Great location and short drive to San Diego's fun attractions! Enjoyed balcony views of ocean, pier and beach. City Taco and Boards and Brew were good eateries and it was nice to have Ralph's grocery store nearby. Condo has comfy couch, beds and blankets. The master bathroom needs cosmetic updates. There were homeless and musicians on the boardwalk in front of balcony.

Honeymoon getaway
My wife and I rented this condo for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The room was in great condition with an amazing view. The homeowner was very nice and wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. Our overall experience was nothing short of exceptional and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful time in San Diego!

4th of July Vacation
Family had a wonderful time in Paciic Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We listened to the waves every night. There's excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely prefer Pacific Beach area over Mission Beach! The kids boogie boarded every day.

Ocean View Condo
We loved the location and view! Very comfortable family room and king bed was nice. The queen bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on. We appreciated the hot tub and private parking. Ron was quick to help answer any questions! We still enjoyed our stay! 4 star quality just because of the queen bed and the fact that there was a musky smell in the hallway that comes with an older hotel.

Absolutely wonderful condo BREATHTAKING views and location!
Everything we needed was there. We drove from the airport, parked rental car in the underground garage, took the elevator up to the top floor and easily got into the condo at midnight. Fell asleep to the waves, got up and had coffee on the ocean-front balcony and went to the beach! Ron made everything available and easy and we were in awe of the view, the activity on the boardwalk, the ocean, the waves, the surfers, the sunsets, exploring San Diego. We hope to go back once a year!

Fabulous location
Balconies overlook the ocean and the walkway. Great ocean views and sounds. Nice to have underground parking. Unit is handicapped accessible. Bed comfortable. The complex is 50 years old. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated. But maintained well. Ron was very easy to work with.

College tours with my daughter
My daughter and aI ame down to visit her admitted colleges, SDSU and USD. As an alum of SDSU and a former PB resident I was s really excited to be back. This unit was incredible! The views are gorgeous. The owner was very helpful. We can't wait to book it again.

Quite Happy
This is a very nice/solid VRBO offering. The unit and building is not in the luxury category as its somewhat dated, but the beachfront location, patio views, parking and convenient access to all SD has to offer makes up the difference. Besides, a trip to SD should be more about experiencing the city than hanging around a condo. We slept well - fresh air and the waves are the only thing you hear. One small disconnect was figuring out the cable tv set up and problems with service in the 2nd bedroom. Maybe there some written instructions could be provided. Its priced appropriately given the +/- balance and Ron really seems to care about you having a quality experience. We'd consider staying again.

Location is incredible!
Spouse and I stayed here and were very happy with the location. Sidewalk is all that separates the condo from the sand. View is worth the price. Watch surfers in the ocean, people on the beach or walkway. Hot tub is great. There is a regular coffee maker and there were filters available. Plenty of garbage bags available. One roll of paper towels, dish soap, small bar of soap and hand soaps in bathrooms. Extra roll of tp, too. Convenient to CVS and Ralph's for groceries, about a couple blocks. So many food options nearby also. Had great salads at Pueblo. Coin laundry available (bring quarters). $1.50 to wash, $1 to dry. Call Ron when you get close to get check-in directions.
