Spend the mornings watching the fishing and sailboats as they head out to the ocean with seals and dolphins navigating the way to deeper waters. Walk along Bayside walk with your morning coffee taking in the sights of moored boats as the sun rises. Afternoons (and for that matter any time) brings you to the Ocean Front walk boardwalk literally less than 150 steps from the property where you will take in the sights of beach volleyball, surfers, sun worshipers and the sounds of waves with over 3 miles of spectacular views on the boardwalk. The evenings bring the glorious Pacific sunsets and easy walking access to your choice of restaurants and drinks.

Situated on South Mission Beach, ours is a ground floor one (1) bedroom unit with the rare bonus of an exclusive large patio surrounded by native and Southwest palms and plants that brings two (2) swivel rockers, a large sofa, a gas grill and a fire table that is ready to warm the nights. The patio is quite large and brings the indoor/outdoor living that draws guests and residents to the world renown San Diego climate. Parking is never a problem with an off-street dedicated parking space.

As you enter the condo from the exclusive patio, you are greeted with Beach decor tastefully decorated with the latest appliances, furnishings and everything you will need to take in a day at the Beach or settle in for the night on the sofa or recliner with a wall mounted tv and fireplace. The kitchen brings new appliances, retro microwave and coffee maker and all the provisioning’s needed for your stay. Enjoy your morning or evening meals at the bistro table with a front row seat with wall-to-wall windows of the patio and garden. The bedroom brings a queen size bed with a new high-end mattress and beach décor bedding and comforters. If staying for a while or have the need for laundry, a new washer and dryer is incorporated into the European design of the kitchen area.

Our condo has been totally remodeled and decorated for our personal use and as a couples retreat for those wishing to experience all that San Diego and Mission Beach brings with the wonders of the Ocean and the vibrancy of California coastal living.
