The washer, dryer, free parking, and AC included guests love this location for long stays. Within 20 steps downstairs you enter the gym area with fitness equipment with pool and a jacuzzi. After 10 minutes Walking down the hill surrounds the sound of the waterfall. 15 minutes across the freeway to Delmar Beach, shopping and fine dining,

Good location with amenities
The property was clean and had everything that a condo/house should e.g., full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. The parking can be tight but I always found an open spot nearby. The property owner kept in contact and responded to my questions within a reasonable amount of time.
