THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-This home is the upper half of a duplex. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors!
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does NOT offer AC. With ceiling fans and large patio doors and lots of windows that can be opened, there is a nice cross breeze that will help to keep the house cool.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Parking Carport is shared with the downstairs unit. Spots are clearly designated.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound).
-San Diego Airport flight path runs adjacent to South Mission Bay. There is the potential for some airplane noise to be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.
-Washer and Dryer are located in a locked shed inside the carport.
-Spa Cleaning Vendor services the jacuzzi once a week. A fee will be applied to any on-site turn-aways.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking
PARKING
Parking provided for 1 vehicles in a shared carport. Dimensions: 188” depth x 100”. There is limited additional public street parking or island parking lots a 2-3 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
