Poor Communication
The owner failed to send check in instructions, messaged upon arrival - no response, and then after we called several times and knocked on their personal door we were informed that there was plumbing issues and we wouldn’t be able to stay at all for the trip we had booked. Not how you want to arrive after a 9 hour drive. Luckily we did receive a refund through VRBO but unfortunately we still received terrible service.
