- The condo is on the first floor, east facing side of an oceanfront building (no views from unit, but just a couple steps from the sand.)
- You can sleep 5 people comfortably and have plenty of living space to relax, connect with one another and have an epic experience.

- Additional tandem parking is available on the side of the building on a first-come-first-served basis.

This place is absolutely amazing! Check in/out was seamless and the team was veey responsive! Just steps to the sand, and a hreat patio on the boardwalk. Couldnt ask for better at such a great price!

All you need right on the beach

Perfect getaway
Property was lovely. We enjoyed the grill we enjoyed the nice breeze from the ocean kids had a great time they even include sand toys to use. Perfect little spot.

Noisy upstairs neighbors—you get no sleep!
The location is amazing, but don’t plan to get much sleep. Everyone someone walks in the unit above, the floor creeks horribly. I’m a heavy sleeper and I could not sleep. Highly recommend ear plugs or a noise machine.

Lovely condo on the beach
This was our first VRBO stay and could not have been more pleased. The location was right on the beach, could not get any closer. The management was very attentive to our needs. The site was very clean and comfortable. Would we stay here again, yes most definitely!!

Awesome Location
We loved our stay at the mission beach condo! The location was perfect. The place was clean. The management was quick to respond. The only downfall was the parking. We had an expedition and had to back in where the driver had to craw over the passenger seat to get out and still try not to door ding the other car. At one point a pickup and our car could not fit. That's not managements fault but something to keep in mind if you are renting a car. The smaller the better.

Quick Beach Get-Away
Perfect location just steps from the beach. It’s the unit behind the boardwalk one so it’s quite. Plenty of supplies to cook or walking distance to several restaurants.

Ocean Side Retreat
This was everything we had hoped for- if only the weather had been better! Best thing is to rent a compact car because the space is tight. Property Managers were responsive and great to deal with- would rent again!

Incredible Location for Families
We had such a wonderful time in Mission Bay. We traveled with our family of 4 (kids age 5 and 8) and my mother in law. Everyone fit well in the space and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was so much fun send the kids to the water and sand the minute they opened their eyes. They would fall asleep SO well at night because the beach wore them out. We didn’t have to move our vehicle the whole weekend because there were tons of activities and restaurants walking distance from the property. We loved Belmont Park and spent nearly all day there. Condo came stocked with toys, beach towels, chairs and cooking utensils. We would love to rent here again!
