SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed:
- Do not take glass of any kind to the beach.
- No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall.
- No smoking/vaping on the beach.
- Bonfires are only allowed in designated firepit areas.

PROPERTY RULES:
- Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or - outside of the property.
- No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the - host.
- The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
- Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
- Please follow HOA guidelines and rules. These can be found in the house manual on the counter or on the wall by the front door.
- If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.
