The living room is on the second level, offering leather sofas, a decorative area rug, and a large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen, also on the second floor, features the best of modern appliances, butcher block countertops, and cabinets stocked with cookware that make breakfasts, lunches, and dinners easier than ever.
After a day of San Diego fun, getting a good night’s rest is a breeze. The primary suite is on the third level, offering a luxurious private deck for enjoying the view. The remaining two bedrooms are found on the ground level alongside a kitchenette for added convenience.
This home boasts a great location in North Mission Beach that's sure to impress. Your family will love exploring every part of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the five-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park that's home to the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. Like many homes in this coastal climate, this home does not have AC.
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
