This refined home is located just 15-20 minutes from downtown & offers breathtaking views, a cozy wine cellar & a spacious patio. Our 3 bedroom stay features state of the art appliances, comfy queen sized beds & any amenities you may need. We look forward to hosting you!

Great for the price
For the low cost, the property was great. The house is not very well stocked with cooking supplies in the event that you’re going to use the kitchen. The furniture and lack of TVs was a little disappointing, and the overall condition of the house itself was a little disappointing but again, all of that is totally forgivable because of the low cost. You get what you pay for.

Needs some love
Location is ok, not a great looking neighborhood. Inside is cute, but could use some upkeep. Patches on wall need painting, floor needs to be redone, lots of places to trip from uneven flooring. Bathroom tub was plugged and hard to get the water to cool down to a reasonable temp. Beds were comfortable. Need a few extra seats in living room.

Great potential
This location could be five star. We never received the code to unlock the unit. A neighbor helped us get in. However, when we arrived there were no washcloths. We could not get the blinds in the bedrooms to close. Reported both problems. Sympathy was extended but no solutions provided. The unit was also less than clean. It was worked on since the smell of bleach lingered. The floors and baseboards were dirty. The floating floor tiles are also uneven in places which was a tripping hazard. The furniture and bed were comfortable. The linens were nice. The unit is very roomy. Could be five star but falls short.

Clean and comfy!
I would highly recommend staying at this unit in Chula Vista. Close to the base, downtown San Diego, the beach and stores. The property is in excellent shape and very clean! Comfortable beds and updated kitchen and bathroom! Access to both gas and charcoal grills and peaceful. We stayed five nights and wouldn’t pick another place when returning!

Great stay. 1st timer on VRBO
The only confusion was getting to the right door. Outside of that it was a comfortable stay. Nice updates to the lodging and it was clean.

No Heater
There was no heater, we stayed at location in December so it was very hard to sleep because we were freezing. Place was ok you could tell that the floors were not mopped prior to us getting there. You can not use your own devices on the tv you have to screen mirror so kids could not use their Xbox. Washer and dryer were a plus.

Beautiful view
The property was very clean and the views were great! Had an issue with one of the couch legs breaking and the owners brought a new one! They were absolutely great and stayed in contact the whole time.
