The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property itself felt outdated, with amenities in need of upgrades. Additionally, the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy, which impacted the overall experience. It’s an okay option for a short stay but not ideal for those seeking modern facilities or a more secure-feeling location.

Property needs to be updated it’s missing modern amenities. Room smelled musty and humid. Sofa had multiple stains very dirty. Property lacked outdoor lighting in the parking lot.

This was our first time in San Diego, so I wasn't sure what to expect but we stood there 6 days and my 2 year old son enjoyed it. We brought our own blankets, and towels but everything for the most part was clean. You do have to pay for parking at $15 a day.

Descent price, but not very accommodating. Asked for one extra pillow upon check in and they couldn’t do it because of the time? Asked again in the morning and they still couldn’t. Overall fair for price though. No desk or mirror anywhere other than bathroom and only one bed side table. No way to connect phone to TV for streaming like most other hotels

Dirty, outdated, nothing like advertised in photos, poor quality in every aspect of the basic services you expect in a hotel. No comforter so the thin ratty blankets they gave us had cigarette burns. Rooms stink as electric wall heat and AC had poor ventilation. I asked 3 days in a row to remove the nasty dust and hair ball when you first walk in the room - it’s still there. The only reason we chose here was to have a king and twin bunks with kitchenette, but they didn’t even make up the kid beds or provide napkins, cups or tea. Towels were thin. Pool and hot tub were old and paint chipped. Elevators creaky. Such a disappointment for our anticipation big trip.

The room that was given to me had a smoke odor mixed with an unpleasant smell. I had to leave the door slightly open so it can air and had to spray the room with Lysol. The bathroom was not that clean there was small roaches in the bathroom.
