$35 a night for parking , was not something I had planned on- but that said, the parking garage was safe and easily accessible.
The rooms are pretty small, unless you get the room with 2 queens, which is a good size, but 50 more per night.
The area has tons of dining and nightlife options, all walkable from the hotel.
The place is in pretty good shape, a little run down, but not bad.
Staff are all excellent and accommodating.
They have a farmer's market twice a week right in from of the entrance, but access to parking garage not affected.
Overall we liked it and would stay there again.
