Very convenient and efficient from the moment I got there from the valets directions to self park, and up to the lobby where a miscommunication in the booking ( 3rd party booking) was corrected immediately and without hassle. Easy to follow directions for shuttle service as well as convenient. I'd definitely stay again

All was great except for parking. It was difficult to find where to park especially in evening hours. The fact that parking was an extra charge at the time of check in was not appreciated. Should've been included in total price or at least be informed about it when booking.
